POC™ Participation
Requirements
POC™ is a unique corporate learning process.
Different from a university program or typical corporate
training, this process requires you to be actively in
the learning process. Graduates comments upon completion
include “a truly wonderful experience; a great
course, tremendous facilitation and the opportunity
to develop a great network – and of course, the
learning is incredible”; and “I have learned
so much about myself and how I can impact others”.
- Participation in all core modules
as a learning community member.
- Reading before each module, internet
research and core module application.
- Application of what you know and
are learning real-time.
- Continuous process feedback to
leaders and one another.
- Time…to investment in yourself,
your learning group and the learning community.
- Individual self-assessment before
and after the learning process.
- Testing new ground by taking risks
throughout the learning journey.
- Inquiring continuously about the
use of “self” as an organizational influence.
- Openness about your own learning
process.
- Non-stop challenging of your existing
assumptions and their impact on your behaviour.
- Engagement in deep experiential
learning.
- Regular interaction with your
learning community and group in person and on-line.
Upon completing all modules and course work participants
will receive a certificate of completion.
