Our goal is create a strong community of POC™ alumni who can leverage their shared learnings and resources and offer an easy way for them to stay connected. We will also be launching a POC™ Alumni community web site later this year.
Helping us Find POC™ Alumni

We are trying to reconnect with as many POC™ graduates as possible so we are announcing a contest to find POC™ Alumni. If you know someone who is a POC™ grad send them an email and ask them to email us at poc@converge-group.com and make sure they mention who sent them.

Are you a POC™ Alumni?

There has always been a strong informal Practitioner of Change™ (POC™) Alumni Community of past participants and contributors who have stayed in touch over the years. This year, Converge is creating a more formal POC™ Alumni Community by launching an online forum to stay connected and to share learning and experiences. To date close to 300 people have graduated from POC™.

If you or someone you know is a "POC™ grad" then please e-mail us at poc@converge-group.com or phone (403)266.0061 so we can make sure you are current data in the alumni database. We will be featuring POC™ success stories in upcoming newsletters.

POC™ Grad Party

We will be sending out invitations to all POC™ grads to attend our first annual POC™ Alumni Event. Stay tuned for more information.
